2. Create a less-than-30-second narration for your Graphics Project.
Do not just read your text; instead, simply (and briefly) describe the idea(s) behind your graphic.
3. Export your sound file as mp3. (Note: Before you can begin to use Audacity to create mp3 files, you must download and install the Audacity Lame MP3 encoder. You can download the most recent version of Audacity Lame encoder at **Audacity Lame MP3 Encoder Download**
Choose your correct OS (operating system - Windows or Macintosh)
4. Go to your Graphics Project wiki page.
5. Place your cursor beside or under your image and click the Add file icon. Locate your mp3 file. Insert the file.
6. Add a link from your wiki navigation to your aa1 page (which is actually your gp page.)
This Audio Activity One is due by midnight on Friday, September 4. Let me know when it is ready!
I am sometimes asked the question, How should you link to the aa1 page?
Insert the audio file on your Graphics Project (GP) wiki page as directed above.
Ideally, you will edit the navigation on your wikispaces site, add the text "aa1" to your navigation, and link the text "aa1" to your gp page.
Thus, you do not need to create a separate aa1 wiki page.
Make certain that you there is no background noise or distortion in your recording. Use a decent microphone in silent room.
